How do I Refer someone to a job opening?
You can Refer a person to any job advertisement you see on the website just by clicking on the 'Refer a Friend' button. You only need to fill-out the form and the Employer will be the one to contact your Referral.
How do I apply for a job?
To apply for a job, you have to register a candidate account. Just click on Sign-Up button on homepage, fill-out the from and click register. Once registered, you can just click on the apply button on the job advertisement.
Do I have to upload a resume?
Yes, although not immediately, you may choose to upload your resume at a later time if you are still preparing one. Remember, your resume is the gateway to your personal career information and a representation of your professional self. You may upload your resume by visiting your Account settings page.
Is there a fee for Jobseekers to use the website services?
All services for job seekers are free of charge.
Can I apply for a job posting without creating an account?
Employers can only receive applications for their job postings on this website from registered users only.
Do I need to verify my E-mail address?
Yes. You don’t want to miss out on that important message from an employer. And we want to make sure that we would be able to send you information on important updates on our services.
Why didn't I receive a verification e-mail?
Make sure that your email address on your profile is correct. You may also want to check your E-mail's Spam Folder.
Why do I need to enter my cellphone number upon sign-up?
This is to make sure you do not miss-out on updates on your job application. Studies show that most Filipinos check their email once or twice in a week. So other than email alerts, our website is equipped with an SMS alert feature.
Why haven't I heard from the company I applied for?
Make sure that your email address is verified and your cellphone phone number is correct and up to date. Make sure to also check the Spam folder on your email. It's also possible that the company is still evaluating applications.
Why can't I log in to my account?
Please make sure you are entering the correct username which is the email address you used when you signed-up. Check also if password your using is correct, passwords are case sensitive.
