DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for New Product Development, RM substitution, Cost Reduction and Project improvements of existing products.
Prepares technical documents such as Product specifications (RM/PM/FG), Standard procedures, HACCP Plan, Technical reports of experiments.
Conducts shelf-life studies and sensory evaluation of new and improved products or processes as part of the New Product Development Cycle.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Food Technology.
At least 1 year work experience in the field of Research and Development.
Background in food ingredients formulation is an advantage.With knowledge and experience in Product Formulation.
