Jr. Branch HR Staff (Naga)


In-charged of end-to-end Recruitment of South Luzon branches
Sourcing of qualified applicants according to position available
Conducts initial interview for qualified applicants
Coordinates with the immediate head of the departments
Coordinates with PESO office for a possible group of applicants
Attends recruitment events such as government and school job fairs
May post job advertisement through social media (not included during working hours), and other job portals
Monitor job vacancies of the assigned branches
Willing to travel to the assigned branches, if needed.
Administers psychological exams to the applicants
Conducts background investigation
Checks pre-employment requirements for on-boarding applicants
Orients/conducts orientation of the newly-hired employees
Monitors expiration of Probationary contracts and change of employment status of personnel
Assists/organize company events
Performs other relevant administrative/HR responsibilities assigned by HRO.
Other Qualifications: * a graduate of Psychology or HRDM
* with at least 1 year of working experience in Recruitment
* willing to travel to the assigned branches
* with good interpersonal skills
* has initiative and can work with less supervision
