Call Out Agent/Recruitment Associate


• Gather, review, and analyze all leads from different sources.
• Export, create, and submit accurate and organized report summary to supervisor within agreed timeline.
• Maximize the use of different tools to source for qualified applicant candidates.
• Respond and answer telephone calls and convert cold leads through call-outs.
• Invite and schedule pre-screened candidates for assessment and interview.
• Meet required recruitment metrics such as show-up rate, hit rate, number of scheduled candidates, attendance and quality of work.
• Accommodate issues and concerns related to duties and responsibilities given.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Provide feedbacks to candidates.
• Assist and participate in HR and Operations Department initiatives.
