Team Lead - Telco


• At least a year of experience as a Team Lead in a call center or BPO setting
• Must know how to handle and improve Net Promoters Score and other needed metrics
• With leadership and team building skills
• With people management and development skills
• With basic project management skills
• With general understanding of business and business needs
Other Qualifications: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any field
• Must be willing to work in rotating shifts and or night shift at BGC, Taguig City
