Primarily tasked to develop a superior workforce through, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Establish and lead the standard recruitment and hiring process necessary for an effective and efficient workforce
Lead in the administration of healthy company – employee relationship by providing a positive working environment
Plan and oversee the proper implementation of Human Resources policies and programs
Must be knowledgeable with company wage, salary structure, and variable pay systems within the company including raises and bonuses
Coordinate and implement training programs using in-house resources or through third party trainers
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Preferably HR Generalist with experience in all aspects of the HR Department
Required skills (s): outgoing and familiar with Philippine culture, life and economy.
Can speak ENGLISH & TAGALOG.
