The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO to ensure the smooth flow of administrative processes, act as main point-of-contact for administrative concerns and provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to officer’s working life and communication. You will help the officer to make the best use of their time by dealing with daily business or personal tasks.
Other Qualifications: Filipino-Chinese is required
Able to speak Mandarin, English & Tagalog dialect, (knows Fookien, but not required)
Secretarial experience preferred but not required
Knowledgeable in Telco Industry
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Has strong ability to learn new things
Able to travel with CEO and when required, and knowledgeable in local transportation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
