JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Monitors the office and medical supplies receiving and issuance.2. In charge in documentation, filling and transmittal of documents from clinic to head office.3. Handles requests and queries appropriately.4. Responsible in safekeeping, retrieval, transmittal, and scanning invoices from depots.5. Performs accounting functions to track and record financial transactions of the Company, such as managing accounts receivables and payables, general ledger and bookkeeping tasks.6. Greets and assists visitors and clients; attends to their needs while they are in the office.7. Handles any visitor or client requests, complaints or issues that may arise, consults or endorses such issues to Manager.JOB QUALIFICATION:1. Bachelors Degree - any business course.2. Preferably FEMALE3. Ability to provide timely reports.4. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.5. Time management skills.6. Positive attitude (honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible)7.
