HR SUPERVISORMAIN RESPONSIBILITY AS PER JOB DESCRIPTIONSupervising of HR and Admin staffRECRUITMENTPosting job openings in various job sites (Indeed and Best Jobs PH), official facebook page of KLT job hiring, bulletin boards and flyering.Participating in jobfairMonitoring personnel requirements and regular reporting of manpower count vs requirements.Reviewing job applications for shortlisted applicants and endorsement to requisitioning department (except for production workers).Scheduling of job interview and examConducting initial exam and interview.Endorsed to trade test, if necessary.Deliberation of shortlisted applicants with the HR Manager.Ensuring background and reference check for probationary candidates.Preparing new employee files (Probationary and Regular)Checking of newly hired employees report versus 201 filesCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSAnswering all payroll questions and coordinates with Accounting Department afterwards.Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.Checking and ensuring that all documents for salary adjustments are accurate.Monitoring of salary adjustment (if adjusted or not)Monitoring leave creditsRECORD MAINTENANCEMaintaining current HR files and databaseUpdating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status and similar records.Distribution of Performance Evaluation Form to immediate superiors, if necessary.Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.Record keeping of all resignation and promissory note of employees.Maintaining document monitoringEMPLOYEE RELATIONSAttending to all employees’ concerns regarding employment contracts, benefits and conditions.Monitoring compliance with company rules and regulations e.g. punctuality and attendance and regular reporting to department headsCounseling of employeesIssuance of NTE, if necessaryIssuance of NDA to those employees found guilty with the violations (based on Employee’s Code of Conduct).Conduct investigation and hearing on employee violationPerforming difficult staffing duties including dealing with understaffing, referring disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures.TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTDistribution of TNA to all departmentPreparation of Notice of Personnel Action and distribution to concerned department.ADMIN FUNCTIONMonitoring of Security Guards (Daily reports and other concerns)Checking the cleanliness and orderliness of:CanteenFacilitiesReviewing of result of the Monthly Survey of Canteen ConcessionaireDiscussion of the comments and other suggestions with the Canteen CommitteeRelaying comments of the customers to the Canteen Concessionaire and discussion of possible solutions and improvement.Preparing the following reports to be submitted to HR Manager:Recruitment Report – based on PRUpdated Employee List and HeadcountAdjustment monitoringEmployee MovementTardiness and Absences ReportPerforms other functions which may be required by the immediate superior form time to time.
