Job Description:- Provide high level administrative support by conducting research- preparing statistical reports- handling information requests- performing clerical functions such as performance correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and schedules meetings- Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.- Attending meetings and keep minutes- Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secureMinimum Qualifications:- Graduate of any 4 year course- With at least +1 year of working experience- Fast learner and can deliver results- Can handle extreme pressure
