This Policy describes how Jobhiring.ph collects, processes, uses, shares and secures the personal information you provide. It also describes your choices regarding use, access, and correction of your personal information. For purposes of this Policy, personal information shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This Policy applies only to information we collect, process and use through the Platform. This Policy does not apply to information that we collect through other channels, such as information that we collect offline, from other websites or from emails you send us.

Scope and Limitations

This Privacy Policy only applies to everyone who register/registered on Jobhiring.ph, regardless of the device they utilize to access the website. This policy also applies to employees of Redefine Creation Inc., regardless of the type of employment or contractual arrangement, must comply with the terms set out in this Policy.

Processing of personal Data

A. Collection

This company collects information about you to provide our services. In order for us to best provide our services to you, and to help make it feasible for us to do so, it is essential that we are able to collect and use the information as described in this Policy. Depending on how you interact with our Platform, the personal information we collect from you may vary. For example, to create an account we may ask only for an email address, first and last name, city/province where you are located, contact number and password. In other circumstances, such as when you complete your candidate profile, we may ask you to provide other information which may include your educational background, work experience and other career related information. Your anonymity on our Platform is important, your Profile does not include or link to information you submit to the Platform anonymously. When you fill out and save your Profile, your saved Profile may be viewed by prospective employers. Information that employers may view are limited to your first name, first initial of last name, the city or province you reside and educational/career background. Other personal contact information (like email or contact number) will be blocked by the platform for viewing unless you give consent by submitting a job application for an employer’s job-ad. Same goes for Employers, information that potential candidates may view about are limited unless you consent for that information to be viewed, which you can manage in your employer profile. We do not in any way collect credit card information. If you are asked to enter credit card information on the Platform in connection with a purchase or any kind of service, please inform us immediately. When you use the Platform, your device is automatically providing information to us so we can respond and customize our response to you. The type of information we collect by automated means generally includes technical information about your computer, such as your IP address or other device identifier, the type of device you use, and operating system version. The information we collect also may include usage information and statistics about your interaction with the Platform. If you connect to the Platform using Facebook or Google+ (each a "Social Networking Site"), we will receive information that you authorize the Social Networking Site to share with us, which may include your First name, Last name, Facebook or Google+ ID and email address. When we receive this information, it becomes Jobhiring.ph account information for purposes of your use of the Platform. This information also constitutes personal information and is therefore subject to this Policy. You have the ability to disconnect your Social Networking Site account from your Jobhiring.ph account by adapting the privacy settings in your Social Networking Site account. If you come to the Platform through a Social Networking Site, from other websites or with devices that enable third parties to collect information from or about you, such third parties receive information about you subject to their privacy policies. Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile device each time you access the Platform. Our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends when you visit any website. These server logs include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, and pages viewed.

B. Use

When you fill out registration forms, submit your resume, or provide us with other personal information, we collect that information for processing and use in accordance with the platform services and this policy. We may change our offerings and features from time to time so the options you have to provide us with personal information may also change. We use analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our website on any type of device users may utilize. This software records information such as how often you use the platform, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the platform was accessed from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the platform. Other purpose for the collection of personal information are: to provide you with personalized content, services offered by Jobhiring.ph as well as promotional content and services. For example, the platform uses your Profile information, to determine relevant search results and provide you with recommended jobs or reach out to you about jobs or companies you may be interested in or to customize and improve the features, performance, and support of the website; to communicate with you or initiate communication with you on behalf of employers through your Jobhiring.ph account or through other means such as email, telephone (including mobile phone), or postal mail, including through the use of contact information that you provide to us or (where it is lawful for us to do so) that we otherwise obtain from third-party resources. When we collect any information that does not identify you as a specific natural person ("Non-Personal Information"), we may use and disclose this information for any purpose, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy, except where we are required to do otherwise by applicable law. Non-Personal Information include any personal information that has been anonymized, aggregated or de-identified. If we combine any Non-Personal Information with your personal information, we will use and disclose such combined information as personal information in accordance with this policy. Similarly, if applicable law requires that we treat certain Non-Personal Information as personal information, we will use and disclose this information as personal information in accordance with this policy.

C. Storage, Retention and Destruction

This company will ensure that personal data under its custody are protected against any accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration and disclosure as well as against any other unlawful processing. The company will implement appropriate security measures in storing collected personal information, depending on the nature of the information. Retention periods can vary significantly based on the type of information and how it is used. Our retention periods are based on criteria that include legally mandated retention periods, pending or potential litigation, our intellectual property or ownership rights, contract requirements, operational directives or needs, and historical archiving. D. Access

To access or use the Platform you must be 18 years of age or older and, persons of age 15 and under 18, your use of the Platform must be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will remove such information and terminate the child's account. Due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the personal data within the platform, only the user and the authorized representative of the company shall be allowed to access such personal data, for any purpose, except for those contrary to law, public policy, public order or morals. The information that we collect, process and/or use through the Platform is controlled by Redefine Creation Inc., located at 26F Twenty-Four Seven McKinley Building, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The platform Jobhiring.ph and its services are hosted by servers outside of the Philippines. The privacy protections and the rights of authorities to access your information in these countries may not be the same as in our home country but we take additional measures when information is transferred from the platform to our web servers. This includes having certain information encrypted (like passwords) which is only accessible by the platform and the owner of the account.

E. Disclosure and Sharing

All employees and personnel of the company have signed a “Non-Disclosure Agreement” upon their employment and shall maintain the confidentiality and secrecy of all personal data that come to their knowledge and possession, even after resignation, termination of contract, or other contractual relations. We use affiliated and unaffiliated service providers (including web servers, cloud storage systems, advertising partners, and others) to help us deliver our service and run our business subject to strict confidentiality agreements. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. We will only disclose data If we believe in good faith such disclosure is necessary, to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants or legal process served on us, to enforce our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity; as we otherwise deem necessary and is permitted by applicable laws to protect and defend the rights or property of us, the users of our services, or third parties; as permitted under applicable laws to meet national security and similar requirements. In reorganization or sale of our company or assets, your data may be transferred, subject to the acquirer and its affiliates accepting the commitments made in this Policy and compliance with applicable law. If you apply for a particular job through the Platform, we will disclose your personal information to the employer to whom you apply and any vendors they are working with to process your application; potential employers may search certain information that does not identify you personally, but which is unique to your use of the Platform, such as you First name and First initial of your last name, or work experience (excluding any type of personal contact information, email or cellphone number), which they may use to contact you through the use of the platform for potential employment. We will otherwise share personal information only with your consent.

Security Measures

We employ physical, electronic, and managerial measures to safeguard the information we collect online. However, no company can fully eliminate security risks, so we cannot make guarantees about any part of our services. You are responsible for keeping your username and password secret. Once you have registered with us, we will never ask you for your password. The platform also does not support any kind of online payment, we will never ask for your credit card information in any way. We actively monitor the Platform for job postings that violate our Terms of Use. If we detect fraudulent activity, we will remove the job posting from the Platform. However, in any case, we urge you to exercise caution in your job search. Please consider the following tips when conducting your search: Do not send money to a prospective employer. Do not give out personal or financial account information to a new employer via email. Do not cash checks or transfer funds for your employer. Beware of job postings that ask you to send your resume via email (e.g., gmail, yahoo, etc). Do not include sensitive information like your Social Security System (SSS) number in your resume. Beware of job listings with spelling errors and bad grammar. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Do your homework. Be sure to research any job opportunity that interests you. If you see a suspicious job posting, please contact us immediately. If you think you have been the victim of fraud, immediately report the fraud to your local police and contact us.

Breach and Security Incidents

We do not screen job listing and user profiles; and we are not involved in the actual transaction between employers and job seekers. As a result, we are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted on the website. The company makes no representations about any jobs, user profiles or resumes on the platform. We expect that as a user, you will exercise caution in using the website. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Platform. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any of its contents. Nothing on the website shall be considered an endorsement, representation or warranty with respect to any user or third party, whether in regards to its products, services, hiring, experience, employment or recruiting practices, or otherwise. We will only be responsible for any loss that you suffer as a direct result and to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time your use of this website. Our liability shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits, lost properties or business interruption. We shall not be liable for any loss of information due to any interruption, suspension or termination of the websites services. These terms will be subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Users may inquire or request for information regarding any matter relating to the processing of their personal data under the custody of the organization, including the data privacy and security policies implemented to ensure the protection of their personal data. You may contact us and briefly discuss the inquiry, together with their contact details for reference.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies are used by Jobhiring.ph and our partners (such as advertising, marketing and analytics providers) ("Ad Partners"). We use Cookies to remember users’ settings as well as for authentication and analytics. These technologies may be used in analyzing trends, administering the Platform, tracking users’ movements around the Platform and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Our Ad Partners may also use such technologies to deliver advertisements to you. You can control the use of Cookies at the individual browser level, but if you choose to disable Cookies, it may limit your use of certain features or functions on our website or service.

We may revise this Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on the Platform. This version of the Policy will be effective for you as described at the beginning of the Policy.
